Hi, I’m Kimmy, the owner of 2+3=WE!
I create fun & creative busy boxes for kids (or kids at heart)!
Looking for fulfillment after quitting my corporate HR job to stay home with my 3 kids, I started selling my creations locally and later ventured into selling online. I’ve always had a passion for business and crafting so owning 2+3=WE is a dream come true!
My goal is to bring joy + fun to children while making parent’s lives easier. I love coming up with new product ideas and bringing my ideas to life through the design process.

WHERE BUSY BOXES COME FROM
As a mom of three children ages 2 to 11, I'm constantly trying to keep them entertained.
On past road trips, I put dollar-store toys in brown paper bags and created “surprise bags.” If the kids made it a certain number of miles without pulling each other’s hair out or screaming about the radio station, they would be rewarded with one of these bags.
This experience gave me the idea to develop travel busy boxes.
Giving them a variety of small items, such as coloring activities, fidgets, and snacks, kept them engaged longer than giving them one toy. They also traded amongst themselves to create their “perfect” box, giving my husband and I more time to listen to our podcast or enjoy some adult conversation.
With the success of travel themed busy boxes, I've added big brother/big sister, summer camp, wedding and get well soon busy boxes.
