Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! I want every customer to be a happy customer so please reach out within 7 days if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please note, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

What are your shipping policies? Do you offer rush shipping?

I typically ship all orders within 2-3 days of purchase. If you need your order ASAP, send me a message to confirm I can get it to you in time. Shipping upgrades are also available at checkout.

A delivery estimate should be provided at checkout (as shipping times vary based on geographic location). One your order ships, you will also receive an email with tracking information.
